Contacting Duell support: what to prepare and keep on record
First, to be clear: this site is not Duell's support. We have no access to your account and cannot answer questions about balances, withdrawals or verification. Those questions go straight to the operator. This page is about doing that in a way that protects you if something goes wrong.
Where to find the contact options
An operator's contact options are on its own site — usually in the footer, a help centre or the account settings. They may include live chat, e-mail or a contact form. Which channels Duell offers is not confirmed here, and we publish no e-mail addresses or phone numbers for the operator. Only use contact details you find on the operator's site while logged in, never ones from messages or forums.
What to have ready
| Item | Why |
|---|---|
| Username or account ID | So the case is linked to the right account |
| Date and time of the event | So the transaction can be found |
| Screenshots of balance and transactions | Evidence if the answer does not add up |
| The term the operator relies on | So you can see whether it was applied correctly |
Language and tone
Do not assume support is available in your language. Many operators answer in English and a handful of other languages. Short, factual messages with one question each get clearer answers than long complaints.
Written beats spoken
A chat window can vanish when it closes. Ask for a transcript or take screenshots. If the matter involves money, follow up with a short e-mail summarising what you were told. If it later becomes a complaint, the written record is what counts.
Opening hours and response times
Opening hours and response times are set by the operator and published on its site. We do not state hours we cannot confirm. If you get no answer in reasonable time, send a follow-up that refers to your first message, and note the dates.
Go to the offerIf you get nowhere
See complaints for how to escalate. If anyone offers to "sort it out" for a fee, or asks for your bank log-in or a copy of your ID unprompted, be very careful.
When the problem is the gambling itself
If the issue is how much you play rather than your account, support is not the right place. Gambling Therapy offers free online support — see responsible gambling.
